Barbara Ann (Skiles) Jackson born in West Virgina October the 4th, 1935 to Bobbie (Jones) Skiles. She moved to the Coalfield Community at an early age, where she attended and taught at the Coalfield School. She graduated as valedictorian.

Married in 1957 to Jackie Jackson, they have one son Jay Wesley Jackson. Siblings as follows Benny Skiles, Doralene (Skiles) Davis, and Curtis Skiles.

Her last residence was The Groves Assisted Living in Oak Ridge.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 2:00PM at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
