Billy Lee Carroll, age 54, passed away, August 29, 2022 at his home in Harriman, TN.He was born August 25, 1968 in Oak Ridge, TN and he lived his whole life in this area. He was a self-employed mason. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed drawing and burnt woodwork. Billy loved the great outdoors, anything to do with being outside, enjoyed mason work especially with creek rock.He is preceded in death by father, William Carroll; sister, Melissa Carroll; brother, Jerry Ray Carroll; step-father, Sgt. Donald Olson, maternal grandparents, Russell and Mary Roysden; paternal grandparents, Elsic and Ruby Carroll.Survived by mother, Rena Carroll Olson of Harriman; sister, Joyce Bruce and husband David of Brandenburg, KY; nephews, Christopher Bruce and wife Samantha, Aaron Bruce and wife Sara and Brandon Bruce; great nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Caiden, Roslyn, Claire and Bryson; also by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.The family request memorial donations to be made at Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs, TN.Billy chose to be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
