Christine Phillips Carroll, age 70, of Oak Ridge, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at her residence.

A native of the Oliver Springs, TN area, she spent most of her life as a homemaker. She enjoyed line dancing in her youth, yard sales playing bingo with friends. She attended Oak Ridge Family Bible Church in Oak Ridge, TN.

She is preceded in death by her father, James Phillips, and Mamie Phillips of Oliver Springs TN, her sisters Sally Langley of Green Cove Springs, FL, Ina Lue Gonzales of Chicago, IL, Dolly Lambert of Iuka, MS, Alice Ferguson, of Oliver Springs and her brothers Terry Phillips of Oliver Springs, Sam Junior Phillips of the Dutch Valley community, Charles Phillips of Oliver Springs, Oscar Phillips of Haleyville, AL, and Robert Phillips of Oliver Springs, TN.

She is survived by her two sons: Terry Davis of Acworth, GA, his daughter Kristin Davis and Michael Carroll and his wife Courtney and their three children Hazley, Exie Mae and Walker of Woodstock, GA. She is also survived by James Phillips of Oliver Springs, TN.
