Cindy Fields, age 66, a resident of Claxton, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, with her family by her side.

She was born in Knoxville, lived in Mississippi for a little while during her childhood and lived the majority of her life in this area. She was a member of Claxton Church of Christ, and she loved her kids that she taught for years in her Bible Class. Cindy enjoyed sewing, quilting, and crafting. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family, especially the ones that called her "Grammy". We'll miss you to the moon and back!

Cindy is preceded in death by her father Charles Spickard and brother Russell Spickard.

She is survived by her husband Roscoe Fields of 43 years; mother Charlotte Spickard; children Travis Fields and wife Melinda of Harriman, Grant Fields and wife Kristin of Oliver Springs, Billy Fields and wife Becca of Oak Ridge; grandchildren Gabriel, Jonah, Aden, Paisley, Sawyer, Maddyx, Rachel, Abby, Elijah; a slew of other children and grandchildren; siblings Jill Stooksbury and husband Johnny, Eddie Spickard and wife Wendy, Mark Spickard and wife Jamie; also by nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 3:00PM to 5:00PM at Clinton Church of Christ. A Memorial Service will follow at 5:00PM with Preacher Tim Forlines officiating.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 3:30pm at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
