Clara Jean Jordan, age 83 of Oak Ridge passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020.Jean was born on March 1, 1937 in Bell County, VA but spent most of her life here in this area. She worked at Walmart in Rockwood for 15 years. Jean enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family and friends.She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Roger Jordan; parents, John and Mae Woods; brothers, James Woods and Henry Woods; sisters, Helen Parks, Beatrice Bailey, and Marie Stripling.Survivors include her children, David Roger Jordan and wife Lisa of Oliver Springs and Jimmy Daniel Jordan and wife Crystal of Oak Ridge; siblings, Mary Lynn Gunter, Chester Woods, and James Edward Woods; grandchildren, Cody Jordan, Riley Jordan, and Houston Walker; great-grandchildren, Houston Carter; also survived by special friend, Georgia Butler.The family would like to thank UT Hospice and staff for their care. Especially Tina, Melissa, Greg, Carol, and Theresa.Visitation will be from 4-7 pm on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Premier Sharp Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 7 pm with Bro. Randy Griffis officiating.
