Donald L Justice, age 82, of Oliver Springs, TN passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, TN. Donald was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was married to the love of his life Dora for 64 years.

Donald was survived by his wife, along with his sons Sam Justice and Ted Justice. Additional children Johnny Taylor, Regina Barnett, Gypsy Crumby and his best buddy and companion Champ. Granddaughter Samantha Justice, sisters Trula Davis and Ruth Phillips along with a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.

Donald is proceeded in death by his parents Hugh and Elise Justice, brothers Dean, Dole and John Justice. Sister Lena Phillips and mother-in-law Mossie Nolan.

Donald worked as a union coal miner and was a member of the East Fork Masonic Lodge #460 for 60 years. He spent his spare time racing dirt tracks across East Tennessee, restored vintage vehicles and really enjoyed hunting and fishing. Donald will deeply be missed by all that knew him.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Covenant Health Home Care and Hospice workers Erin, Hannah, Ashley and Rebecca for the exceptional service and care they have provided the family.

The family will hold a Graveside service at Union Cemetery in Morgan County on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. All family and friends are invited to attend.
