Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Carmack left this world to go to her Heavenly home on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Liz was the daughter of Robert M. Carmack Sr. and Wilma L. Carmack, born on Nov. 16, 1961 in Oak Ridge, TN. She attended school in Oliver Springs, TN and lived most of her life in this area.Liz was preceded in death by her beautiful mother Wilma Carmack, and her brother Robert Carmack Jr.She is survived by her father Robert Carmack; two sisters, Lynne McKinney with husband Wayne McKinney, and Betty Gallaher with husband Rod Gallaher. She leaves behind two children, and four grandchildren: Brandi EIizabeth Neikirk, daughter, with children Jadaya Felton and Marius Felton Jr.; and Joeseph Harley Neikirk, son, with his wife Reagan and their daughters Lailyn and Lyric. She also leaves her soulmate David Connelly, her best friend and dog Alley, as well as nieces and nephews.Liz was known to many friends as "Lizard". She had such a carefree spirit, an insatiable thirst for life and she always brought a smile to those who knew her. While we miss her dearly here on Earth, we know she is now at peace.
