Kim DeWayne Daugherty age 53 of Marlow passed on August 22, 2025, doing what he loved the most. Kim was always working on some kind of motorcycle, boat or car bringing it back to life. Every chance he got you could always find him riding his Harley and fishing with his dad Cub.

Kim dedicated over 30 years at Oak Ridge Hardwoods. His two children, Angel and Cassie, were his pride and joy. He enjoyed his retirement playing with his only grandson Larry. He is preceded in death by his sisters Leeann Sue Edwards, Amanda Rhea, Angie Duncan and Rachel Duncan.

Kim is survived by his parents Butchie and Kenneth Daugherty. His two daughters Angel Daugherty Kidwell (Justin Kidwell) and Cassie Daugherty. His grandchild Larry Kidwell Jr. His brothers Josh Tucker, Aj and Cody Thomas, and Gary Daugherty. Sisters Patrica Rhea and Christal Rhea. Very close cousin and friend Barbara Duncan Fox (husband David Fox) and John Miller. Special friends Robbie Gibbs, Art Moore, and Brandon Ketner. He leaves behind many nephews, nieces and cousins along with a close friend Maria Mercer.

The family will have visitation on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 4:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. and a Celebration of Life service following at 5:00 P.M. in the chapel at Sharp Funeral Home with Jason Lowe officiating.
