Linda Susan Stokes, age 73 of Oliver Springs, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Methodist Medical Center.She was born on July 26, 1948 in Knoxville where she lived until moving to Oliver Springs 12 years ago. Linda was proud to work as the Activities Coordinator for Hillcrest Nursing Home for over 20 years. She was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed crafting in her spare time. Most importantly, she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Stokes; parents, George and Gladys West; sister, Sheila West.Survivors include her daughter, Donna Campbell and husband Odie of Oliver Springs; sister, Sherry Payne of Knoxville; grandchildren, Tiffany Reed of Knoxville, Tyler Campbell and wife Kayla of Oliver Springs, Joshua Campbell and girlfriend Jackie Audet of Oliver Springs; great-grandchildren, Keegan, Scarlett, and Irelynn Ward; Xzavior Gibson, Abel, Gavin, and Sebastian Campbell; special nephew, JJ Stokes and wife Benzyl; aunt, Mabel Ruth Johnson; special friend, Audrey Badgett.Premier Sharp Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Stokes family. www.sharpfh.com.
