Tony Parks, age 60 of Clinton, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025 at Methodist Medical Center.

In years past, Tony worked for White Stores before dedicating 23 years of his life to the Anderson County Water Authority. He was a devoted fan and follower of Tennessee sports and NASCAR. Those who knew Tony, will remember him as a good man and he will be missed dearly by those who loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Martha Parks; brothers-in-law, Jimmy Duncan and Danny Phillips; father-in-law, Clarence Duncan; sisters-in-law, Tonya Duncan and Janice Phillips.

Survivors include his wife, Sheila Parks; children, Kayla Evans (Slade), Shannon Parks, and Jamie Phillips (Shelley); brother, Gary Parks (Teresa); sisters, Beverly McGill (David) and Lynda Lowe (Bill); grandchildren, Finley Rose, Mary Kate, Tanner, and Cooper; mother-in-law, Alene Duncan; sister-in-law, Debbie Phillips (Steve); 11 nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and nephews; and special friends, Doug Duncan and Kevin Elliott.

Receiving of friends will be from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Home of Oliver Springs. Funeral service will begin at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Home and burial will immediately follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
