Norman
Robinson
Mar 8, 1961 — Aug 16, 2025
Norman Robinson, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on August 16, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on March 8, 1961, he was the youngest of seven children. He was preceded in death by his father George Elijah his mother Margory Joyce and siblings George, Debbie, Steve, Angie, Mike and Teresa.
Norman was an avid fan of bluegrass music and attended live shows and bluegrass jams when time permitted. He loved his "boys", his 4 dogs and his "girls", his 2 cats, treating them as children. His partner, Toni Jago, was the love of his life. He enjoyed game nights with her and friends, where he remains the Parcheesi Champion. He was a caring man with a great sense of humor and will be missed.
A carpenter by trade, Norman was known for his strong work ethic, instilled in him by his beloved mother and his PawPaw. Whether it was lending a hand to those in need or standing up for what he believed in. He always showed up with sincerity and conviction. In a final act of kindness, he donated his body to science, in hopes that his earthly remains might further the efforts in finding a cure for cancer. Norman's dedication to his values, including his love for the second amendment and his country, was something he held close throughout his life.
Information on a memorial will be shared at a later date.
