Pamela "Sissy" Campbell, age 56, passed away on March 16, 2021 at Fort Sanders Medical Center in Knoxville.Sissy was born on December 9, 1964 in Indiana, but lived most of her life in Oliver Springs and Harriman, TN. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and video games.She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Geraldine Phillips; by brother, Joel Phillips.Survivors include her husband of 37 years Leonard Campbell; by son, Bradley Campbell; by brothers, Darrell, Jimmy and David Phillips; also by nieces, nephews, extended family and special friends.The family will receive friends Friday, March 19, 2021 between the hours of 5:00 – 7:00pm at Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs.
