Patricia J. Palmer, a resident of Merritt Island, FL, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband Fred Palmer, formerly of Oliver Springs, TN. She will be buried at Oliver Springs City Cemetery, in the Palmer family section, during a private family service. Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs, TN is honored to serve the Palmer family.
