Randall Lloyd Case left this world behind to rest with the Lord on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the age of 73 in Knoxville, TN. He was born in Chattanooga and moved to Oliver Springs, TN at the age of 12 where he lived until 1992. Randy was the owner of RL Case Construction working in partnership with his wife, Kathy. He was a premier builder who built numerous custom homes in the East Tennessee area for over 35 years and served as President of the Oak Ridge Home Builders Association. He served as an Elder for eight years and was a member at Oliver Springs Church of Christ for over 25 years. He was a current member at Karns Church of Christ. Randy enjoyed traveling, playing golf, and had a passion for music. He loved UT football, basketball and baseball.

Randy leaves behind daughters, Lori (Steve) Williams and Julie (Gary) Hardy; their mother, Kathy Brown; grandchildren, Jacob and Tyson Williams; sisters, Sandra (Jim) Bruce and Charlotte (Dale) Davis; brother, Ray (Pat) Case; and many extended family members and friends who he loved. He was preceded in death by his son, Matthew Case; parents, Herman and Georgia; and brother, Rick.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 in the chapel at Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs, TN with the funeral service following at 7:00 P.M. with Minister Steve Higginbotham officiating. Graveside service will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Oak Ridge, TN.
