Ruth "Oran" Miller, age 93, a resident of Oliver Springs, TN, passed away on December 30, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Union County, TN on May 15, 1927 to the late McKinley and Mary Miller. Oran is a member of New Fairview Baptist Church in Oliver Springs and has been for 78 years. She loved her family, her church family and most importantly her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters: Lola Prater, Novella Johnson, Walcia Jane Miller and a brother: Everett Miller.She is survived by her brother: Willis Fox Miller and by extended family, friends and her community.A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2020 at New Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00pm with Pastor John Edwards and Bro.
