Sue Braden, age 88 a resident of Oliver Springs passed away, Friday, September 18, 2020 at Wellstar Tranquility at Kenneshaw Mountain. Mrs. Braden was a member of Beech Park Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for over 50 years.  Sue enjoyed singing and reading her bible. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Daniel B. Braden; by her second husband, Lonzie; by a son-in-law, Billy Franklin; by sisters:  Edna, June, and Onelda; by a brother, Billy and by her parents and step-mother. Sue is survived by daughters:  Dana B. Franklin of Acworth, GA and Taynia Thornton and husband, Mike of Oliver Springs; by grandchildren:  Kristi B. Wilson and husband, Steve of Acworth, GA, Courtney Jolynn Jones and husband, Ian of Holly Springs, GA, and Joseph Quinten Thornton of Murfreesboro; by great-grandchildren:  Blake L. Wilson and Harper M. Jones; by sisters:  Jeanice Alexander, and Jeanette Worley. In addition she considered Deborah Ringley, Janice Daugherty, Rena Benoit as her own children.  Sue was also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family will have a private graveside.  Premier Sharp Funeral Home is proudly serving the Braden family and we invite you to share a message of condolence to the family at www.sharpfh.com
