Udena Seiber Guy, affectionately known as Dena, passed away at her home on October 12, 2024 at the age of 81. Born on July 21, 1943 in Devonia, Tennessee, she spent her later years in Oliver Springs, Tennessee.

Dena was a devoted wife to Bobby Allen Guy and cherished every moment spent with her family. A kind and selfless individual, Dena was known for her quiet demeanor and generous spirit. She found joy in quilting, sewing, baking, cooking, and fishing. She loved going to the beach, although her favorite place to be was with her family. She was of the Baptist Faith and a member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Harriman.

She is survived by her husband of over 60 years, Bobby Allen Guy. Also survived by her daughters, Marcella Russell (Michael) of Oliver Springs and Robin Guy of Oak Ridge. Dena also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Amanda Russell of Washington, DC and Allen Russell (Tabatha) of Oak Ridge, along with her great-grandchildren, Lillian Russell and Natalie Russell.

Dena is also survived by her sister, Frankie Andrews (Gary) of Oliver Springs, and sister-in-law, Gail Seiber of Harriman. As well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Daffie Seiber. As well as her brothers, Billy Seiber and David Seiber, nephew, Eddie Andrews, and nieces, Alice Seiber and Angela Seiber.

Her legacy of love and devotion to her family will forever be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.

Pallbearers will be Michael Russell, Allen Russell, Amanda Russell, Joey Andrews, Steven Andrews, and Lillian Russell.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Premier Sharp Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 7 pm with Rev. Randy Roper officiating along with Michael Russell, Amanda Russell, and Joey Andrews speaking.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, October 18, 2024 at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
