Wanda L. Miles Harness Turnbill of Powell, formerly of Harriman, age 90, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021, at Tennova North in Knoxville, TN.She was born September 7, 1930. She was a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church. She enjoyed word puzzles, working in the yard, watching TV, flowers and singing.She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Martha Mullins Miles; by sisters, Alice Hall and Elizabeth Christopher; by brother, Roy Miles; by nephew, Blake Christopher.Wanda is survived by her children, Danny Harness (Patricia West) of Marlow, Lisa and Tony Richey of Powell and Carolyn and Larry Sharp of Rockwood; by grandchildren, Chris and Anna Richey of Maryland, Javan and Maranda Harness of Clinton, Amy and Ralph Prince of Lafollette, Angela and Lyndon Foster of Clinton and Bobby and Stacey Sharp of Marlow; by great grandchildren, Sheree and husband Blake Marlow of Clinton and Peyton and Bentley of Clinton, Sebastian Miller of Lake City and Ryan Miller of LaFollette; by brother, Floyd Miles; by nieces and nephews, Sonja Davis, Sheila Brummett, Chuck Miles, Mark Hall and Joy Miles.The family will receive friends on Friday, June 4, 2021, between the hours of 4:00 – 6:00pm at Premier Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs. Funeral will be held at 6:00pm in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Luke Kidwell and Pastor Greg Bostick officiating.
